We review the product and process requirements, identify risks and clarify the best path forward. Our DFM assessment covers pad geometry, component spacing, solder mask and panelisation, with clear, actionable feedback while changes are still inexpensive.
PLAN, BUILD & VERIFY
We coordinate the appropriate manufacturing resources, process controls, inspection and communication for your program. Placement runs on newer-generation Yamaha machines at 95K CPH with ±0.025mm accuracy, through Heller and Vitronics reflow and wave and selective soldering, and every build is verified with AOI plus X-ray analysis of solder joints beneath BGAs, QFNs and other hidden-termination components.
