We coordinate the appropriate manufacturing resources, process controls, inspection and communication for your program. Assembly runs on qualified Canadian partner lines that SMT Elite qualifies and process-engineers: newer-generation Yamaha placement at 95K CPH with ±0.025mm accuracy, Heller and Vitronics reflow, and wave and selective soldering. SMT Elite leads process development, inspection and quality on every build, and every build is verified with AOI plus X-ray analysis of solder joints beneath BGAs, QFNs and other hidden-termination components.
