From 32-layer PCBs and large-footprint FPGAs to 40GHz high-frequency assemblies and low-latency, signal-critical designs, our team plans, process-engineers and verifies demanding work, with assembly on qualified Canadian partner lines under our process control, so your program stays on track.
We work as an extension of your purchasing, engineering and operations teams: one dedicated project lead for your program, clear communication, and engineering review that prevents problems before production begins.
We work quietly and under NDA where required. Many of our assemblies support defence, security, and mission-critical infrastructure, so discretion is part of the job. You will not find your boards in our marketing.

Production runs on qualified Canadian partner lines that SMT Elite qualifies and process-engineers, including high-speed Yamaha placement and Heller and Vitronics reflow. SMT Elite owns and operates the test and thermal profiling equipment and leads process development, inspection and quality on every program.
